Service Description
Below are a few things you should do and know prior to your appointment. 1. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ENTIRE HEAD OF HAIR is LOOSE (no braids, twist, etc), CLEAN AND FREE OF ALL PRODUCTS (no oils, gels, pudding, etc). DO NOT flat iron or blow dry your hair. A cluster of tester locks (6 to 9 locks) are installed to test the hair texture for a specific pattern. In order to provide you with correct pricing of a Sisterlock establishment, your hair MUST be in its natural virgin state. Those who choose to keep their relaxed ends to keep length, you too must follow the same procedure. 2. THE ENTIRE HEAD OF HAIR IS MEASURED. 3. COME WITH QUESTIONS.
Cancellation Policy
At The Loc Genie Place, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review and respect the following policies: ​  Appointments & Deposits ​ Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure your loc establishment appointments. This amount will be determined at your consultation and applied toward your service. ​ If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.  No-Shows & Cancellations No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in 50% of your service amount being charged. After two (2) no-shows, future booking privileges may be suspended.  Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure the best service experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. If arrival exceeds 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a $25 fee will be required to reschedule your appointment.  Children & Guests For safety and relaxation purposes, children are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. Extra guests are not permitted during appointments unless pre-approved.  Respect & Professionalism We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful or disruptive behavior.
