THE LOC GENIE POLICY

Cancellations are required 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment with no penalty.  Less than 48hrs will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

No-shows will require a $50 rescheduling fee.  Two no-shows will result in a stylist/client divorce.

Clients who are 15 minutes late(w/call) will be charged $25 late fee.  No call, appointment will be rescheduled with a $25 rescheduling fee.

Deposits are not refundable but are transferable for up to 2 months.

For all services clients must come with clean hair that has been shampooed within 24hrs. n Free of any and all products.  The only thing that should be in your hair is HAIR!  Clients who fail to comply appointment will be rescheduled and charged $25 rescheduling fee.
